SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Your order will be processed within 72 hours of payment. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Shipping times vary depending on your location. 5 - 15 business days shipping time to USA/UK/EU/CAN/AUS and 5 - 21 business days for the rest of the world.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

D'Lux & Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at info@deluxeshopusa.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME PASSED AND I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?
