SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Your order will be processed within 72 hours of payment. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Shipping times vary depending on your location. 5 - 15 business days shipping time to USA/UK/EU/CAN/AUS and 5 - 21 business days for the rest of the world.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
D'Lux & Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
DAMAGES
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at info@deluxeshopusa.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number (for example UPS, USPS, etc.) – or by using universal tracking websites like 17track.net.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME PASSED AND I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Sure! We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The watch face is very reflective and this makes it very difficult to read the time display. You need to tilt the watch various ways to see the time through the blue reflective glass. Otherwise it seems fine, the watch is quite stylish and unique, but I wish the glass face was different.

Great concept of a different type of watch. It has once problem that is the reflection that it makes impossible to read for most angles. Still, a different type of watch.
This watch has the worst reflection I have ever seen. It has a blue hue and it can really be difficult to read the time on this watch. But it genuinely is beautiful. Also, it has been 3 days and the store hasn’t responded to my messages. The watch was delivered with the wrong instructions. YouTube how to set this watch before you start pressing buttons. Really wish the reflection and glare wasn’t that bad. Bought 2 and both have the same issue.
